There are three styles of homes in Amber Fields;  Inner Type I units of approx. 2,100 sq. feet, Inner Type II units of approx. 2,300 sq. feet and End units of approx. 2,700 sq. feet.  Depending upon location, the exterior is either premium vinyl siding or brick with color coordinated shutters and trim.   All units include garages (one car / inner units - two car / end units), private driveways, deck and stone patio in the rear.
